You’ll be central to building the team, winning new contracts, implementing digital systems, and expanding our client’s presence.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nAs Managing Director, you will:\n\nOversee the day-to-day operations of a UK-wide project management business.\nLead, grow, and develop a high-performing team.\nDrive business development, winning new contracts across public and private sectors.\nOversee public procurement, tendering, and major bid submissions.\nEnsure projects deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards.\nImplement effective digital systems for remote workflows.\nReport performance and growth directly to the Group Company Director.\n\nWhat They’re Looking For:\n\n10+ years in Construction Project Management.\nStrong experience in public sector contracts and tendering.\nSales-driven mindset with ambition to grow a business.\nExcellent people skills and communication abilities.\nProven ability to lead, influence, and inspire.\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Edinburgh for monthly meetings and travel to client sites when needed.
