The Programme & Change Acceleration (P&CA) team is the focus of this role. Client Delivery

Lead delivery of key workstreams or medium‑sized and complex client business transformation initiatives, including managing client contracts, budgets and resourcing profile. Lead teams on client delivery, acting as a mentor/coach to junior team members and enabling capability development and growth.

Business Development

Drive development of new Change Management offerings by leveraging existing assets and incorporating fresh insights to strengthen our approach and services.

Internal Contribution

Play a role in the Programme and Change Practice, enacting and delivering on the 2026 strategy.

Professional Growth

Business Development – Lead/contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.

Essential Skills

Proven experience leading global outsourcing and transformation programmes, including end‑to‑end design and delivery of employee transition strategies. Experience delivering complex, multi‑supplier transformation initiatives across various industries including Consumer Products and Retail. Expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder management and change delivery. Currently working in a major consulting firm. Commercial acumen to structure deals for mutual benefit and ability to identify opportunities to enhance our change leadership. Experience and expertise of multiple delivery approaches and methodologies, particularly hybrid delivery models combining traditional change approaches with Agile frameworks.

Desirable Skills and/or Experience

Qualifications: PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change qualifications or equivalent; PRINCE2 Practitioner or agile equivalents; MSP, MoP, and/or P3O from Axelos. Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. Experience of proposition building and leading the transition from sales into delivery.
