This role is ideal for someone already operating at Managing Consultant level, or a high-performing Senior / Principal Consultant ready to step up. This position offers the opportunity to build and scale a specialist international desk, work on high-value permanent solutions, and play a key role in shaping future growth within the business.You’ll operate as a 360 recruiter within a specialist tech market, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions. The team works primarily across international markets, with a strong focus on Germany and Spain, alongside wider European opportunities.We are particularly interested in recruiters who specialise in areas such as:DataSoftware EngineeringPythonWeb3Experience selling retained or embedded recruitment solutions is highly valuable, as the team continues to expand these offerings across its client base.Leadership & Growth: While this role does not initially involve direct line management, we are looking for someone with leadership potential.
