Managing Consultant – Agile Transformation

Capgemini Invent is a leading global technology and transformation partner. This role is part of our Agile Transformation team, driving Agile / Scaled Agile transformations across a portfolio of strategic clients. You will help design operating models, facilitate culture change, deliver Agile tooling, training and coaching, and embed Lean‑Agile, Design Thinking, DevOps and Kanban practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
  • Develop Agile transformation blueprints, roadmaps, and value‑stream operating models.
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring of client teams in Agile and scaled Agile practices.
  • Assess and scale Agile maturity and embed Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and other scaled Agile practices.
  • Provide internal contribution through campaign development, whitepapers, and practice development.
  • Support learning & development initiatives, including certifications and career development activities.
  • Manage client relationships and reporting for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous consulting or advisory experience.
  • Agile delivery experience with relevant certifications.
  • Experience designing Agile value‑stream operating models for large, complex organisations.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing scaled Agile practices (Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning).
  • Assessment of Agile maturity and knowledge of scaling practices.
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring skillsets; Lean‑Agile mindset and customer centricity.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and value stream flow.
  • Industry certifications in Lean‑Agile transformation (SAFe, DAD, LeSS, ICAgile).
  • Effective client relationship management and reporting skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to solve complex analytical problems.
  • Strong presentation skills for senior business and technology leaders.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development.
  • UK security clearance (required).
