Build strong relationships with residents and promote community engagement. External Liaison: Liaise with local authorities, hospitals, GPs, and social care regulators. Essential Skills & Requirements Proven managerial experience in a care setting Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant legislation and quality standards.
