Resident & Family Liaison: Provide support, advice, and information to residents and their families.

External Liaison: Liaise with local authorities, hospitals, GPs, and social care regulators.

Essential Skills & Requirements Proven managerial experience in a care setting Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
