Manager, Treasury, Debt, Capital & Treasury Advisory ACCA Careers – Deloitte – London, United Kingdom. The Debt, Capital & Treasury Advisory team is an integral part of Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory practice, providing independent advice and world‑class execution across the full spectrum of debt, capital and treasury areas. Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate finance transaction‑related advice, including due diligence reports, management presentations, working capital reports, and client communications. Provide input to Treasury strategic advice on cash, interest‑rate risk, commodity, FX risk management and policies. Research industries and companies for both deal origination and transaction analysis. Advise and assist companies on the operational aspects of treasury projects, such as cash‑management solutions and treasury transformation initiatives. Drive marketing and business‑development opportunities internally and externally, building and developing the firm’s network. Support senior members of the team in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and coaching junior talent. Work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team that recognises contributions.
Essential Qualifications
Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) or other relevant professional qualification or degree such as CFA, AMCT, Master in Finance. Proven Corporate Treasury experience, ideally within a large corporate treasury or a consulting firm. Excellent numeracy, strong attention to detail and data‑analysis skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in oral and written English with ability to write structured reports for non‑Treasury professionals. Critical mindset with the ability to ask probing questions. Adaptability to perform a wide range of work in a fast‑paced environment. Desire to work in an advisory environment and build a career in professional services.
Desirable
Corporate finance transaction experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
