Checkout.com is looking for a strategic and proactive Social Media Manager to own and elevate our social presence. In this role, you will focus on organic social strategy and execution, driving engagement and ensuring our messaging consistently resonates with our global audience. The role blends tactical execution with strategic judgement. How You'll Make An Impact
Define the vision and strategy for organic social by implementing best practices, and adapting our social strategy to respond to changing trends and algorithms. AI-native you will have proven experience in deploying and managing agents in social media monitoring and execution. Own content and execution on our organic LinkedIn channel as well as all other social channels including Instagram, X, Facebook, and more. Organise inbound ticket requests and briefing requests, calendarising them to maintain an efficient and highly organised schedule. Write clear, crisp copy for corporate and employee handles, utilising your own strong writing abilities alongside the help of AI tools. Optimise our following, ensuring we have a large and growing proportion of our key customers included in our social audience. Run analytics and performance management across our social channels, applying a thorough understanding of social analytics to guide strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with our creative and digital teams to produce high-impact content that drives meaningful engagement on our channels.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing organic social media channels for a fast-paced or global brand. Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven ability to leverage AI for content creation. Highly organised with the ability to manage inbound requests and content calendars efficiently. Deep expertise and a meticulous approach to social media analytics and performance tracking. A collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively with creative and digital teams to produce engaging content.
