Argentil Capital Partners (UK) Limited is an infrastructure focused boutique investment bank that provides financial advisory services to corporates and project sponsors across Africa.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Manager, Deal Advisory. The Manager will play a key role in driving financial advisory and corporate finance transaction execution, client relationship management, and business development.
The Manager will oversee deal structuring (debt and equity), financial analysis, and strategic planning. As a senior team member, the candidate will lead deal teams, develop junior employees, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution • Managing the execution of projects with clients which includes and is not limited to client management, financial modelling, preparation of transaction documents, and valuation. • Managing projects and serving as execution team lead with guidance from MD • Ensuring timely delivery/execution of tasks and projects. • Preparing and delivering professional presentations to clients.
