Aristocrat is looking for an outstanding and dedicated Commercial Finance Manager to join our ambitious team, supporting the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Latin American (LATAM) Gaming businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment where your insights and critical thinking will directly influence our business success!This position will partner closely across the organization, including Sales, Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams and functions to get results, build value, and identify and deliver process improvements.What you'll doConduct financial modelling and analysis for potential new market opportunities and new central initiativesDrive management reporting and data analysis that deliver key insights to business partners on financial and sales funnel performanceAssist in the delivery of accurate Sales and Operations Planning requirements for the regionSupport and/or lead FP&A activities for the region. Responsibilities include developing the annual budget specific to this area, managing long-term planning activities, and overseeing rolling forecast processes. Emphasize timeliness, accuracy, and accountability for results.Support delivery of the region’s pricing strategySupport the Director Commercial Finance EMEA and & LATAM Gaming with deal evaluation and commercial governance for the business, driving collaboration across the businessIdentify and implement improvements to financial planning and reporting processes, employing relevant technologiesCoordinate with the regional accounting team to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close processLead by example in building and maintaining a high-performance cultureProvide vital metrics and KPIs on a timely basis in accordance with business & regulatory requirementsTrack, supervise and handle opportunities and risks in the EMEA & LATAM Gaming P&L’sPartner with the business, providing analysis and support and/or lead development of business cases and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for each regionIdentify and analyse efficiencies in the business to motivate change and automation, increase revenue and build a strong team member engagementAbility to successfully navigate ambiguity and break down sophisticated problems to provide clear and effective recommendationsAssist with competitor and market analysis to drive commercial recommendationsWhat we are looking forBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldQualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)7+ years of finance experience across multiple finance areas (for example, FP&A, controllership, commercial, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and sophisticated financial modelling skillsDedication to team development and continuous improvementConfidence to handle sophisticated projects and drive them to solutionAbility to effectively collaborate with and influence key team membersTrack record of financial and operational improvement initiativesAbility to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when requiredHighly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Reporting Tools (e.g. TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce)Ability to work on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in our central London officeWhy Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
