Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Manager, Cash & Payments Team to join our UK Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Edinburgh.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Oversee the end-to-end payment process across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring consistency of controls and standardsConduct regular service reviews, quality assurance assessments off offshore team ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIsMaintain up-to-date procedures and documentation in line with regulatory expectationsIdentify, manage and escape payment related risks, incidents and breaches ensuring incidents, errors and near misses are logged investigated and resolved with root cause analysisContribute at Operational Risk and Governance ForumsAct as a key contact for internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk and Client ManagementEscalation contact for client and internal stakeholder queries and escalations from the offshore teamSupport change initiatives, including regulatory change, new fund launches, onboardings and other fund changesManage, develop and mentor the staff within the UK Cash and Payments Team, ensuring high standards of performance and technical knowledgeAllocate workloads, set objectives, and conduct performance reviewsPromote a strong risk-aware and control focused culture within the teamProvide support to the other Fund Oversight Teams and the wider UK Trustee & Depositary teamsTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Strong experience within Trustee and Depositary, Fund Administration or Asset ServicingIn-depth knowledge of FCA, CASS UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirementsProven people management experience within an operational or oversight environmentStrong risk awareness and understanding of control frameworksExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedInHere’s a few of our recent awards:America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
