Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join a well-established and growing construction business as a Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide structured exposure across key departments, helping you identify your strengths and build a long-term career within the construction industry.

The Role
As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through several core departments, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the business. Areas of exposure will include:

* Buying / Procurement

* Technical

* Quantity Surveying

* Estimating

You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to live projects while developing your technical and commercial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist teams across multiple departments on a variety of construction projects

* Support with cost planning, procurement processes, and technical coordination

* Learn and apply industry best practices and company procedures

* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

* Take an active role in your own development and training

About You

* A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) in a construction-related discipline

* Strong interest in building a career within the construction sector

* Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A team player with a positive and driven attitude
