Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established business based in Shropshire.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this position will take responsibility for monthly financial reporting, statutory accounts preparation, and involvement in a range of ad hoc finance projects across the business.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Office-based

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including detailed profit and loss reporting
Assisting with the production of annual statutory accounts for review
Providing financial support across the business, including working closely with commercial teams to identify cost efficiencies
Supervising and supporting two members of the finance team

Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a Management Accountant role
Ideally part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / AAT)
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial systems
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence required due to location
