The Role 5S Recruitment is supporting a well-established, community-led organisation operating within a regulated sporting environment, seeking a hands-on, qualified Management Accountant / Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function. This is a senior, trusted role, reporting directly into Group Finance leadership and working closely with the local executive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial control, compliance, and long-term sustainability. This position suits someone comfortable operating across strategic reporting and day-to-day financial delivery in a fast-paced, visible environment.
