RECfinancial are partnering with a growing and forward-thinking business to recruit a Management Accountant (NewlyQualified) based in North Leicestershire.The role is commutable from North Leicestershire, Leicester, Castle Donington, Long Eaton and surrounding areas.Reporting to the Finance Controller, this is a newly created opportunity offering real ownership. You will take responsibility for monthly management accounts, overseeing both P&L and balance sheet performance, and delivering accurate reporting in line with group deadlines.The role offers strong commercial exposure, working closely with non-finance stakeholders to analyse performance, identify trends, and provide insight to support strategic decision-making and business growth.You will also support audit processes, maintain strong financial controls, and drive continuous improvement across finance procedures, whilst supervising a Finance Assistant.The role will suit a newly qualified accountant with 12 years experience in an industry role. You may already be operating at this level and looking for greater ownership and commercial involvement.Strong Excel skills are essential, alongside experience with systems such as NAV, Business Central, Oracle or similar. You will be analytically strong, detail-focused, and confident communicating with stakeholders across the business.The business has an excellent reputation, offering a supportive environment, exposure to senior stakeholders, and genuine influence over commercial decisions.This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm).Salary: £50,000 £60,000 competitive benefits package.If youre looking to step into a role with real impact and long-term development, this is an excellent opportunity.JBRP1_UKTJ
