Management Accountant Cardiff (on-site) Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + benefits £20m t/o SME Manufacturing Are you a hands-on Management Accountant or an Assistant Management Accountantlooking to progress into a Management Accountant. This role will take ownership of the finance function within a successful, growing SME. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business in Cardiff, where youll report into the Financial Controller as their key finance partner. The Management Accountant plays a critical role in providing accurate financial information and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. In a manufacturing environment, this position focuses on cost control, budgeting, and performance monitoring to ensure profitability and efficiency across production processes.
