Axon Moore are supporting a business undergoing significant growth following private equity investment. They’re looking to appoint a Management Accountant who wants genuine ownership, variety, and the chance to broaden their commercial and technical skillset.

This role offers full end‑to‑end responsibility for the P&L across various entities, giving you real visibility and influence across the business.

The Opportunity

A brilliant move for someone who wants to step out of a narrow month‑end role and into a position with breadth, pace and commercial exposure. You’ll work closely with operational teams, support decision‑making, and play a key role in shaping financial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full ownership of month‑end: journals, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and depreciation
Preparation of P&L, balance sheet, budgets and forecasts
Managing commercial price changes and associated financial impacts
Producing month‑end packs, financial statements and reporting
Supporting the year‑end audit
Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a key finance contact
What They’re Looking For

Part‑qualified or qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
3–5 years’ experience across P&L, balance sheet, journals and reconciliations
Strong understanding of double‑entry and financial controls
Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with non‑finance teams
Someone ambitious, proactive and keen to develop in a fast‑paced environment
