Management Accountant

Summary We are looking for a newly-qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant. The ideal candidate is a recently qualified accountant with experience producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, ideally in the renewables or commercial sectors. Our Client Mackie Myers have partnered with a fast-growing renewables business in Oxfordshire to appoint a Management Accountant on a 12-month FTC. The Role In this role, you will support the finance function with management accounting and reporting, ensuring the business has timely and accurate financial information for decision-making. Main Duties
Prepare monthly management accounts and internal reporting packages Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist with cost analysis and project profitability reporting Work closely with operations and project teams to ensure accurate financial tracking Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for senior management
The Successful Candidate
Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) or newly qualified accountant Experience in management accounting, ideally in a commercial or renewable energy environment Strong Excel and accounting systems skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to communicate financial information clearly Proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
