Management Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Group Head Office function in Leeds. We are a growing and dynamic organisation based within the recruitment and staffing sector, and this is an exciting newly created opportunity for a Management Accountant to join us on a full-time permanent basis due to continued business growth and expansion.

The successful Management Accountant should have:
·A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
·Strong management accounting and multi-site experience
·Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
·Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
·Experience working in fast-paced, commercial environment and any experience within the staffing sector would be welcomed

In this role, the Management Accountant will be responsible for:
·Producing weekly gross margin reports and investigating variances across branches
·Preparing monthly management accounts and branch-level P&Ls
·Delivering profitability analysis, productivity reporting and commercial insights
·Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes
·Acting as a finance business partner to branch management and operational teams

We are offering the successful Management Accountant a salary in the region of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus. If you are a qualified and commercially minded ...
