Equifind is working with a dynamic and growing venture capital fund with a global footprint. Headquartered in Soho, the firm has an experienced, close-knit team and is now looking to bring on a Management Accountant to help support its next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across both corporate and fund finance. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely management accounts, driving the budgeting and forecasting process, and playing a key role in ongoing financial reporting. You’ll also have regular interaction with key stakeholders across the business – from the investment team to external auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts at the GP level. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Support the audit and tax process, working closely with external advisors. Assist with fund-level reporting and liaise with administrators on NAVs and investor reports. Provide financial analysis and insights for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor cash flow and support treasury management. Maintain and improve financial controls and accounting procedures.
