We are excited to be recruiting a brand-new role for a growing manufacturing business while they establish their newest office site locally.This is a permanent role based in Dursley, with growth plans for the near future where they can expect someone to grow with the business. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting financial activities and will be responsible for forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, performance reporting and financial process improvement.In addition to this, you will be asked to assist with costing/pricing for new/prototype products. You will have the support of a remote Accountant/Financial Controller as well as an on-site Bookkeeper and will be offered a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in office/2 days WFH.There may be times where fully remote work will be offered to allow for upcoming office renovations.
