Due to continued growth and success, Complete is looking to appoint an experienced MPS Sales Specialist to join our Managed Print Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven MPS sales professional to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored, value-added print and document solutions to customers.Youll work closely with our Technology Management team and Account Managers to develop new opportunities across the Complete customer base, engaging with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver commercially strong solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new MPS opportunities across the Complete customer baseEngage with new and existing customers to assess printing and document management requirementsDesign, propose, and close bespoke Managed Print and Document solutionsPrepare customer quotations, written proposals, and tender responsesBuild strong customer relationships and rapport at multiple levelsArrange and attend customer meetings to promote MPS and document workflow solutionsWork collaboratively with internal sales, technology, and support teamsProvide clear commercial direction for projects from sale through to deliveryAbout YouProven experience in field sales within the Managed Print Services (MPS) sectorExperience working with Canon, HP, Lexmark, and Epson devicesStrong knowledge of Hybrid Mail, EDM, document workflow solutions, Uniflow, Papercut, and Pull PrintMinimum 2 years experience in sales and business developmentDemonstrable sales success with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging at all levelsHighly organised with strong attention to detailCommercially aware with solid business acumenConfident using Excel and CRM systemsPositive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeedPackage & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (negotiable depending on experience)Attractive commission structure with enhanced OTE potentialMobile phone, laptop, and expenses providedDedicated Print Sales Support TeamFull product training and ongoing supportContinued investment in brand and marketing to support lead generationJBRP1_UKTJ
