Support Worker Pay rate: £14.18 per hour (weekly or monthly pay) Shift pattern: 08:00am- 18:00pm and 10:00am -20:00pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team supporting an individual with autism, complex clinical needs and behaviours that may present as challenging and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. This person loves getting out and making the most of life.Whether its a day trip, a walk around town, a bit of shopping, or a visit to the park, staying active and engaged is a big part of their routine. From time to time, they also enjoy heading out for a meal and even the occasional pint. They live independently in their own home and have access to a car, so being able to drive and holding a full UK driving licence is essential . Youll be supporting them to attend important activities such as music therapy and hydrotherapy, so you'll need to be confident in water .
