We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Major Works Surveyor on a Permanent Contract. This will be a full-time position based in North London , with hybrid working and a salary of £68,309 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience of project managing remedial works and ideally worked in a social housing setting with an understanding of legislations Duties will include (but are not limited to): Effectively and professionally deliver Latent Defect Projects, with a focus on cladding and fire safety Support and monitor the day-to-day operations of remediation projects Assist in leading project programmes, ensuring deadlines and goals are met Coordinate technical aspects of the projects to ensure quality and compliance Manage multiple projects, ensuring progress and milestones are achieved Liaise with stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout Oversee procurement and manage contracts to ensure project needs are met Monitor compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality control Collaborate with the team and contribute to regular project reporting Support team development and provide leadership where needed Experience required: Experience in overseei...
