Job Role: Major Works Project Administrator
Location: Hybrid, Luton
Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
As the Major Works Project Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite property manager by:
- Processing accurate major works fees/credits calculations
- Reviewing and managing all new project documentation and processing into the major works team as applicable, on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Supporting Major Works Project Managers to efficiently deliver project pipelines
This role reports to the Major Works Project Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing the quality of new major works project documentation and processing into the major works team as applicable
- Processing all Section 20 and Non-Section 20 fee and credit requests and arranging billing in a timely manner
- Providing feedback to the Major Works Project Managers and Major Works Team Leader to address training needs
- Taking responsibility and ownership of individual workload, ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframes
- Supporting the Major Works Project Managers with management of the divisional 10-year programme plans
Skills and Experience
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate IT competency
- Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels with a resolution-focused mentality
- Efficient in maintaining electronic administration and record keeping
- Proven ability to address problems and challenges effectively
- Ability to work under pressure, resilient, able to prioritise and manage time effectively
