The role and what you’ll be doing daily:

Littlefish is seeking a Major Incident Manager to join our Service Management Office. You’ll oversee critical incidents across our organization and client base, ensuring swift resolution and effective communication.

Your main duties:

• Lead the management of major incidents across all in-scope organizations.
• Enhance the efficiency of the major incident process.
• Produce and analyze SLA/KPI reports to improve service quality.
• Facilitate technical and managerial conference calls during incidents.
• Provide clear and timely communication to clients.
• Ensure smooth handover to Problem Management with actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve incident processes and documentation.
• Act as an escalation point and deputy to the Major Incident Manager Lead.
• Participate in a rota covering core hours and on-call support outside these times.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and own tasks.
• Experience leading senior stakeholders during high-impact incidents.
• ITIL Intermediate, SIAM Foundation, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience in a Managed Services environment.
