Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility machinery Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Assist with equipment installations and machine setups Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings to maintain efficiency Maintain detailed maintenance records and repair logs Collaborate with production teams and fellow technicians to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Proficient in MIG and TIG welding Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Skilled in equipment diagnostics and repair Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and tools Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in demanding environments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature, and loud setting
