The Company:A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team on a Build to Rent development in Cardiff. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established business, delivering a high standard of service across a premium residential site.The Role:The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance across apartments and communal areas, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard and residents receive an excellent service.Key Responsibilities:Completing maintenance tasks in response to resident requests.Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in line with company standards.Inspections and general upkeep of apartments and communal areas.Maintaining accurate records and completing service documentation.Delivering a high level of customer service to residents.Working collaboratively with the onsite team.Ensuring all work complies with health & safety policies and procedures.The Candidate:Previous experience in property maintenance.Strong understanding of building services and general maintenance.Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused approach.This is a great opportunity to join a high-quality residential development and be part of a growing Build to Rent sector.
