Join the team at our 462-bed student property and help us keep The Tannery running smoothly. We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Tannery. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis. About the Role Are you someone who enjoys fixing things and solving problems? In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the building to a high standard and ensuring it remains a safe, welcoming environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance Ensuring the building meets all statutory compliance requirements Managing large commercial waste bins located outside the property Handling routine fixes and tackling unexpected maintenance issues Supporting the wider team by ensuring the building is running efficiently and safely You'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance and play a key part in giving our residents a great place to live.
