Reporting To: Maintenance Manager The Opportunity We are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Automotive manufacturers, who areseeking two Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced technicians who are passionate about continuous improvement, mentoring others, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform breakdown activities and support diagnostic investigations. Help to train team members in planned maintenance tasks. Define critical spare parts and budgets. Work on improvement projects and implement permanent corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering and project teams on new part introductions. Promote and challenge safe systems of work.
