This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organised, and confident working across a wide range of general building maintenance tasks. A full driving licence is essential, as the role involves travelling between both sites. Key Responsibilities Carry out general building maintenance , ensuring both sites remain safe, functional, and presentable
Perform basic plumbing tasks such as unblocking sinks, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures
Undertake basic electrical work , including replacing bulbs, checking fittings, and minor repairs
Complete painting and decorating tasks to maintain high standards across both properties
