About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility by performing both reactive and planned maintenance on a variety of equipment. Working on a Panama shift pattern, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports a 24/7 operation in a fast-moving and high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform reactive maintenance to address breakdowns and minimize downtime. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure machinery runs efficiently and reliably. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related faults. Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and productivity. Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure seamless operation.
