Location: WSM Department: Facilities, Maintenance & Tooling Department Reports to: Factory Services & Project Manager Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ( 9 day fornight) Salary: £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, ensuring records of work and parts used to minimize unplanned downtime. Diagnose faults during critical equipment breakdowns to quickly resume production. Assist with production line moves and supervise contractors on-site. Manage replacement tooling in production areas and liaise with suppliers for component sourcing at optimal costs. Collaborate with the Factory Services & Project Manager and other technical professionals for overall reliability and safety improvements in plant, personnel, and processes. Support general building maintenance tasks as needed.What You Bring:
