Job Responsibilities
Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment breakdown repairs to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Establish process conditions and perform in-line quality checks to maintain product standards. Monitor and control processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods. Maintain and develop the delivery of finished products in line with cost, quality, and production schedules. Build and nurture excellent relationships with key stakeholders on site to support operational objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Time served or NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical or mechanical maintenance. Proven experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Strong fault-finding skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and servo control systems, with a preference for Omron PLCs.
