Key Responsibilities:
Asset Care:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Asset Care & Maintenance Strategy for all facilities, ensuring security and compliance.
Engineering Excellence:
Drive general improvements and introduce best practices for maintenance. Be the go-to expert for Engineering Best Practices & Benchmarking!
Maintenance Management:
Oversee the development and management of TPM programs and schedules, ensuring top-notch quality and process capabilities.
Project Leadership:
Lead Capex projects from design to execution, justifying investments and delivering results.
Compliance and Safety:
Collaborate with the QHSE team to ensure legislative compliance on critical maintenance areas. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining safety standards.
Supplier and Budget Management:
Negotiate with suppliers, manage budgets, and oversee contractor performance to achieve cost-effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in maintenance and asset care, with a proven track record in driving efficiencies and culture transformation.
Skills:
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Hands-on maintenance skills with the ability to repair, service, and maintain equipment.
Proficient in MS Office/365 and familiar with project management tools.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications such as ONC/HNC/HND/Degree in Maintenance/Asset Care/Engineering. IOSH Managing Safely certification is highly desirable. 18th Edition Electrical Safety qualification or equivalent is a plus.
