What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician that will take pride in making our apartment community a great place to live!
Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks:
Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
Grounds upkeep and snow removal
Interior painting
Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
Responding to work orders in a timely manner
Communicating professionally with when fulfilling maintenance requests
Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard
All other duties required to create a great living environment for our
Cleaning/Maintaining common areas
Requirements:
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid Driver's License
Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
but not required:
Experience in multi-family housing
Boilers knowledge is strongly
Boilers License or a willingness to get one
HVAC certification strongly
CPO Certified or willingness to get certified
Chiller knowledge
Working Conditions:
This position will cover our properties in Cambridge, MN at The Emerald Apartments & The Lodge at Oak Landing.
