Your responsibilities as Maintenance Technician
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep machinery running at full capacity
Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective repairs to minimise downtime
Support production through efficient tool changes and first-off processes aligned to OTIF targets
Monitor equipment performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure clear shift handovers
Assist with equipment installations and support new project implementation
What we’re looking for in a Maintenance Technician
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline, ideally HNC
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing maintenance environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and diagrams
Working knowledge of PLCs, inverters, and variable speed drives
Experience using CMMS or TPM systems
Working hours: 4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights on, 4 off
