Elm Grove Companies is seeking a dedicated and driven Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our growing team in Manchester, NH. About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, you'll be a key part of our field operations team. You'll assist with essential upkeep across our properties while learning the skills to grow into a full technician role. Duties include:
General cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds
Trash and debris removal
Seasonal tasks like shoveling and lawn care
Delivery runs and hauling (heavy lifting required)
Assisting the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks and property needs
Qualifications:
Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer
Must own a smartphone and have reliable daily transportation
Valid Driver License
Able to past a DOT Exam
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining properties as if they were your own
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8-hour shifts
Compensation:
$16.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
