The role

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Executive / Team Member to join the team. You will be required to support the team in looking after general Maintenance duties. Specifically: Your main focus will be painting and decorating across the property whilst assisting with routine maintenance and repairs, including minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks. Carry out daily checks on lighting, heating, air conditioning, and safety systems Support with the general upkeep of hotel interiors and exteriors from a proactive and reactive perspective Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and staff reports of issues Help maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised maintenance storage area Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with health and safety standards Assist with setting up or moving furniture, equipment, or deliveries as needed Work with external contractors when on site and ensure proper support and supervision Keep maintenance logs up to date in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager As regards Painting & Decorating we are looking for a person with a keen eye for detail, good organisation skills and have experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
