Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Managerto join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in building maintenance and/or construction who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating jobs, and supporting a small team to deliver high-quality work.The RoleYoull be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of maintenance and small construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Youll supervise a small team of tradespeople, keep projects on track, and maintain positive relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee multiple projects across various sites Plan schedules, labour, and materials to ensure efficient delivery Supervise and support a team of multi-skilled tradespeople Monitor site progress and resolve day-to-day issues Ensure all work meets health & safety standards and company procedures Maintain strong client relationships and respond to queries Assist with works pricing, job costing, and project records About You Experience in construction or building maintenance in a supervisory or team leader role Comfortable managing multiple jobs or sites at once Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good understanding of health & safety practices (RAMS, site safety) Confident communicator with both clients and colleagues Basic commercial awareness (costs, materials, time) Able to read drawings/specifications Desirable (but not essential) NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade IOSH, SSSTS or SMSTS First Aid qualification What Were Looking For A proactive, hands-on approach Reliable, organised, and detail-focused Team player with a positive attitude Flexible and willing to travel between sites Additional Information Travel between sites is required Occasional out-of-hours work may be needed If youre looking for a role where you can take ownership, support a team, and grow with a developing business, wed love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
