Role: Maintenance Team LeaderLocation: Burton-Upon-TrentShifts: 4 days on 4 off 4 nights on 4 offSalary: £55,000 per annum plus Pension, Overtime and TrainingThe CompanyI am proud to be working with a global systems integrator within the warehousing industry, the company design, manufacture and install automation for product retrieval and storage to then provide a resident site maintenance team. Working with some huge names across the UK. Constantly growing in the UK and now operational in over 60 countries across the world.On this site in Burton, there has been over £20 million invested recently with the latest tech and automation they have grown from being able to process 20,000 orders a day to 40,000 after having sustained success since the pandemic it has increased demand on their products on site. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the site, With the site due to expand by an additional 50% over the next 2 years this role will be come important as the site developsThe Role As a Maintenance Team Leader your day to day will look like: Team is Team leader, Deputy/Technical Engineer, multiple shift engineers and also Apprentices on shift60/40 split office/on tool.Responsible for PPM Planning for the shift, all appraisals, holidays, disciplinary concerns, absence, etc.Responsible for onsite critical breakdown management, working with the customer and site Leadership team to ensure fast response times and accurate communications.Customer focused engineering mindset.
