Maintenance Team Leader , and play a key role in keeping our fast-paced production environment running smoothly. What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a multi-skilled maintenance team.

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Drive improvements in equipment reliability and downtime reduction.

Ensure compliance with food safety and site health & safety standards.

Support continuous improvement projects and long-term engineering strategies.

What We're Looking For

Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled).

Leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing-food or FMCG preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Ability to work effectively on a rotating days/nights shift pattern.
