Maintenance Team Leader Nottingham £46k + Great Benefits + Training & Development Permanent Role Shifts I am currently looking for an Engineering Team Leader to strengthen a busy Production Team based in Nottingham With relevant qualifications in Engineering, you will demonstrate strong multi skilled skills, working with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment. Key Responsibilities include: - Proactive, planned-preventative maintenance to ensure existing equipment is able to meet capacity demand and efficiency targets. Reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime. Identifying and delivering against opportunities to implement changes and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant efficiencies. Assisting with the introduction of new equipment to a market-leading production facility as part of our continued drive for innovation. Continuous professional development through industry specific training. You will be an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
