Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7-3:30pm (2:30 finish on Fridays)

Responsibilities of the role:

\n

\n Leading the maintenance team across the shift pattern to achieve desired uptime and quality requirements. \n

Plan and schedule Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) works and drive the annual Planned Maintenance (PM) plan. \n

Promote continuous improvement in overall plant operations by reducing downtime wherever possible. \n

Train, advise and mentor maintenance team members as appropriate, where relevant training/standards in own performance have been achieved. \n

\n

Skills required:

\n

\n Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Mechanical . \n

Demonstrable leadership behaviours and qualities; we can consider a technician or engineer looking to take a step up. \n

Previous experience of maintenance of a wide range of machinery. \n

Ability to think critically, utilising data in complex decision-making scenarios.
