Maintenance Supervisor (Days)LoughboroughUp to £55,000Im currently working with a metal recyclingcompany in Shepshed, who are looking to bring in a hands on Maintenance Supervisor to strengthen their engineering team on a Monday to Friday days basis.This isnt a role where youll be stuck behind a desk, youll still be very much on the tools, while also taking ownership of the day to day coordination of the maintenance function.This is a great opportunity for someone stepping up into their first supervisory role, or an experienced supervisor who still enjoys being technically involved.BenefitsSalary of up to £55,000Guaranteed Annual bonus20 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension schemeWhat youll be doing:Leading and supporting a team of engineersCarrying out both planned and reactive maintenanceManaging contractors on site and ensuring work is completed to standardDriving health & safety across the departmentCreating and developing maintenance plans and PPM schedulesSupporting with drawings, planning, and continuous improvement projectsActing as the go to person between engineering and productionWhat theyre looking for:A strong maintenance background (electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled)Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead capacitySomeone whos comfortable being hands-on while also leading from the frontExperience managing contractors and working with H&S proceduresA proactive approach to improving systems and processesIf you're interested in this role get in touch with Josh Sharkey from Stirling WarringtonINDSWJBRP1_UKTJ
