Plenty of overtime available.The Role: As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping the site’s production and machinery in peak condition, ensuring downtime is minimised and efficiency is maximised. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, 24/7 operation, tackling planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and driving high standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and service production machinery and site equipment. Respond to unplanned repairs and plant breakdowns, ensuring quick and effective solutions. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to keep the site safe and hazard free. Manage and induct contractors for maintenance activities. Operate both fixed and mobile plant safely and effectively. Support the Site Manager in upholding all Health & Safety, Environmental, and company policies. Research and implement cost-effective maintenance solutions.
