They are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service and are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their small, dedicated maintenance team.
The Role
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of prestigious residential properties in Central London. You will ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard while respecting the integrity of these exclusive homes and delivering a seamless service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client maintenance queries and instructions, alongside the Maintenance Manager Manage and supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritise tasks accordingly Coordinate and oversee the supply chain and in-house maintenance engineers Conduct or oversee routine property inspections and resolve issues promptly Review service reports following planned maintenance visits, identify remedial work and arrange timely execution Assist with the renewal of existing maintenance contr...
