We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's rapidly growing team in Coventry. The company are well established with long-term contracts in place and orders growing rapidly. Due to this growth, they need an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment availability and minimal downtime.

Role & Responsibilities:

Leading engineers on shift
Scheduling and prioritsing workloads.
Proactively monitoring plant performance and supporting operational team
Reacting to breakdowns quickly to ensure the plant efficiency
Adhering to health and safety regulations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience leading a team of engineers
PLC Fault Finding knowledge (desired)
Experience maintaining conveyors in a heavy industrial environment
Electrical and mechanical knowledge
Ability to work a of shift patterns
