Our client, a leading Facilities Services provider to the commercial building industry, has recently secured a new contract and is now recruiting a Fabric Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day Fabric Reactive tasks, ensuring timely response and completion in line with performance KPIs Prevent delays or failures that could lead to Performance Parameter Failure Deductions Manage sub-contractors, ensuring work quality and compliance Lead and manage change initiatives across your portfolio Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and project programmes Ensure all works meet statutory and regulatory compliance Collaborate closely with the Helpdesk, Account Director, and Small Capital Works Managers Support the production of ...
