Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – Oxford, Oxfordshire – Salary (£Negotiable)
Exciting opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management service provider on a high-profile, newly developed site in the Oxfordshire area. CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a modern and highly technical facility. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary, benefits, and company car. The site includes a mix of specialist operational areas such as controlled environments, laboratories, plant rooms, and commercial office space. As the on-site lead, you will ensure all maintenance and compliance standards are met while supporting a critical operation with minimal downtime.
Hours for work:
Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 17:00pm Participation in the on-call rota is required (1 in 4)
Key duties & responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site contact for all client liaison, ensuring a professional and responsive service is consistently delivered Oversee the completion of all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in line with schedules and compliance standards Coordinate and close out actions from audits, client meetings, and site inspections in a timely manner Compile and submit monthly performance reports and updates as required Review and sign off all job sheets for clarity, accuracy,...
